Chelsea Brown, a Nashville-based independent Vocational Consultant and longtime advocate for individuals with disabilities. Ms. Brown brings over fifteen years of experience in vocational assessment, job placement, and job-seeking skills for disabled workers. She also frequently serves as an expert witness in disability hearings.

Ms. Brown’s expertise as an advocate for disabled workers and her knowledge of job placement and job-seeking skills allows Desana to expand its services even further by assisting needy families in improving their own socioeconomic situations. Ms. Brown was inspired by Desana’s mission to serve others through Christ, and looks forward to using Desana as a platform to work with other people who share this passion. “I love that Desana goes above and beyond to reach those in need, as Jesus did during his time on earth,” she said. “My life is not mine; my desire is to be used by Christ to impact the world during my time on earth.”

Ms. Brown and her husband Xazavier are blessed with three sons, Christian, Zyan, and Xavian. They reside in Smyrna TN.
